In order to serve you and provide you with the most enjoyable shopping experience, please note Build Station's exchange and return policy

For the website:

You can return within (7) seven days and exchange within (14) fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order.


Terms of return and exchange:

1. The product must be in the original box with packaging and unused.

2. If you purchased your product from one of our stores, you must visit the store itself.

3. The product is subject to examination by the relevant department to ensure that it conforms to the packaging conditions and to verify the presence of all its supplies, in order to issue acceptance or rejection for replacement, return or cancellation.

4. In the event that the exchange, return, or cancellation is due to an order error or product damage, the customer does not bear the shipping or delivery fees.

5. If the return, exchange or cancellation is due to the customer’s desire, the customer will bear the shipping fees in addition to a deduction of 5% of the value of the returned products for processing fees.

6. Money cannot be refunded if purchased from the website except by bank transfer.

7. The return process will be made from the construction station to the customer’s account via bank transfer in compliance with the above conditions.


Imposed fees: This means the amount deducted from the value of the invoice for the fees for preparing, loading and transporting the goods, which are as follows (30) thirty riyals or 5% of the value of the invoice, whichever is greater.


Steps to return and exchange an order:

1. Please contact customer service via WhatsApp 0112735290 or by calling the unified toll-free number 8001222230, and provide us with the order information (order number, and procedure: return, exchange, or cancellation).

2. The customer service employee will instruct the method of delivering the order (via the shipping company or delivering it to the warehouse closest to you). The return or exchange request will be considered canceled if the products are not delivered within a maximum of three (3) days.

3. If the delivery is via the shipping company, you must provide us with the tracking number.

4. When the products arrive to us, the relevant department will examine them and inform you of acceptance or rejection, depending on the products’ compliance with the conditions.


Replacement for devices with manufacturing defects:

The building station will replace devices with manufacturing defects within three (3) days from the date of purchase, provided that:

1. The device must be free from any scratches or misuse.

2. Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside.


Maintenance:

The construction station is always keen to provide the best after-sales services to its customers, including maintenance, providing spare parts, and ensuring quality workmanship, in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The terms and conditions stipulated in the copy of the service contract provided to the customer at the time of purchase apply.


General exceptions not covered by the manufacturer's warranty:

1. Defects or malfunctions arising from consumer misuse, non-compliance with instructions for use, negligence, accidents, sabotage, maintenance work that does not comply with product recommendations, or negligence in performing maintenance.

2. If the serial numbers have been tampered with or changed.

3. Paint defects, scratches and problems due to inaccurate installations not authorized by the factory.
