Please note the following notes before placing your order:

• When you create a pump installation request, the relevant department will contact you within 3 working days to set an installation date.
• Please ensure that the installation site is ready such as pipes are provided, there is enough water in the tank to test the pump and Wi-Fi is available at the installation site.
• Please make sure that there is a 220-volt regular plug at the pump installation location, as we cannot dispense with the pump plug and the pump will be out of warranty due to the presence of a protection fuse in the plug. Please note that the pump wire is 1.5 meters long.
• The bill amount is for installation only or installation with replacement of an old system, excluding items that you may need on site to complete the installation process, such as pipes, valves, valves, dividers, etc.
• Note that the installation times are the official times during working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• If the pump is installed in open areas, we recommend purchasing a cover to protect the pump from rain and direct sunlight.
