Link to the installation location (coordinates) via Google Maps.

Attach a clear photo of the lock installation location on the door.

Important notes before ordering:

After submitting your order, the specialized team will contact you within 3 business days to schedule an installation appointment.

You must ensure that the installation location is ready, including:

The door must be pre-drilled.

A 12-volt DC power adapter must be provided if the lock requires an electrical supply.

Or 4 batteries if the lock cannot be linked to the app.

Installation times are during official business hours:

From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

(Saturday to Thursday)
