  • Do you have an installation service?

We only provide products and we do not have this service. We, in turn, only provide products that provide professional solutions that suit engineers’ requirements. We are happy to have you visit one of our showrooms, and our employees will assist you and provide you with sufficient information about the products.



  • Can I add or change my existing online order?

We can modify your contact information, or shipping address, by contacting customer service within a maximum of 24 hours of the order date.


  • Why do some products sometimes run out of stock?

Marketing House Group works hard to maintain the availability of the products on our website. However, due to the high demand and some supply issues, some products may not be available at all times.



  • Can I purchase products over the phone or reserve products?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve any product in our showroom or through the website. We cannot receive orders over the phone, but you can purchase through the website.
