Installation Guidelines – Clean Water Submersible Pump
- Use the correct power supply – match voltage and phase to the pump specifications.
- Install in clean water only – avoid muddy or sandy areas.
- Place the pump vertically – ensure the motor is fully submerged.
Do not place the pump directly on the bottom. Keep it about 10–15 cm above the tank or well floor by using bricks, a stand, or by hanging it with a rope or chain. This prevents sand, mud, or dirt from entering the pump and causing blockages or damage.
- Use a rope or chain for lowering – never lift or carry the pump by the power cable.
- Install a Pre-filter– to prevent entry of solid particles.
- Protect electrical connections – keep junctions dry and waterproof.
