**Professional Heat Pump Installation Service**

We provide professional installation services for water heating and cooling units (heat pumps), carried out by qualified technicians to ensure efficient operation, reliable performance, and compliance with industry best practices.

The Installation Package Includes:

• 4 meters of CPVC piping.
• 4 meters of insulated rubber pipe insulation.
• Brass isolation valve for the suction line.
• Electrical connection, including wiring and flexible conduit, from the nearest available power source, provided that a dedicated disconnect switch is available within a maximum distance of 5 meters.

Note:

The installation service includes only the items listed above. If the installation site requires any additional materials or work not included in the package, the additional cost will be quoted separately following a site assessment. The customer will be informed and approval will be obtained before any additional work is carried out.

Please provide the following information in the order notes:

• A Google Maps location pin (share your location).
• A clear photo of the intended heat pump installation area.

Please Read the Following Before Placing Your Order:

• Once your heat pump installation order is placed, our technical team will contact you within **3 business days** to schedule the installation appointment.
• Please ensure that the installation site is ready, including the required piping, sufficient water in the tank for system testing, and Wi-Fi availability at the installation location to enable the unit's smart features.
• The installation fee covers only the quantities and items included in the installation package. Any additional Installation appointments are available during official working hours, from **8:30 AM to 5:00 PM**.
• For outdoor installations, it is recommended that the heat pump be installed in a shaded area whenever possible.
• If the installation location is within our service coverage area but is situated in a remote district or on the outskirts of the city, the customer will be contacted in advance. Additional transportation or travel charges may apply depending on the distance and location.
